BIRUTĖS 18

BIRUTĖS 18 is the restored first masonry building in Vilnius’ Zverynas district, originally built in 1860 near a bend of the Neris River. Its two renovated buildings contain 23 apartments and administrative units from 47 to 175 sqm, with terraces or balconies, storage rooms, and underground parking. The 2018 renovation retained the heritage façades while adding lifts, heat-recovery ventilation, and individually controlled heating.
